I did not get a DWI.

However, the asshat kid who hit John on tuesday did. Along with reckless driving, hit and run, leaving the scene of a crash, etc etc.

My question is: if you're 18, and it's 6:45pm on a Tuesday night, how can you get plastered enough to blow a .15?
